The Swiss start-up ANYbotics AG was founded in 2016 by a group of engineers from ETH Zurich and now has over 80 employees. ANYbotics AG is a leading company in the field of mobile robotics. The four-legged robot ANYmal from the Zurich-based ETH spin-off can be used for industrial inspections, last-yard delivery, as well as in many other areas, such as the construction and maintenance of buildings.
In 2018, the start-up wanted to upgrade with a cloud ERP and chose the SAP Business ByDesign solution and AGILITA as its implementation partner.
Welcome ANYbotics to our Hall of Fame!
With SAP Cloud ERP, ANYbotics has now also laid the foundation stone in IT. SAP Business ByDesign enables ANYbotics to integrate their processes from purchasing and manufacturing to sales and finance in one cloud-based solution. This reduces complexity and allows the organisation to scale flexibly. In the future, other SAP solutions can be built as an interface to their customers’ ERP system to process large amounts of data collected during autonomous inspection missions.
The short implementation time was made possible by a new implementation approach that led to success thanks to the outstanding commitment of ANYbotics and AGILITA.
