Bächler Feintech AG, headquartered in Hölstein (BL) and, since 2021, with a production plant in Matzingen (TG), specialises in the manufacture of high-quality precision turned and milled parts, tools, surgical instruments and implants as well as components of the highest precision for medical and dental technology as well as for chemical and apparatus engineering. The core competence is turning and milling, complete machining and surface finishing as well as product engineering support. The need for a scalable system and product traceability were just two reasons that led the company to evaluate an ERP system in 2017. After careful consideration, Bächler Feintech AG decided to work with AGILITA to implement the Cloud ERP solution. SAP Business ByDesign to implement.

Already in the standard version, the company received over 35 business scenarios with this ERP cloud system. During the project, the desired business scenarios were coordinated with the client and adapted to their wishes and needs. Peripheral systems were integrated using standard web services where necessary and appropriate.
Three years passed, during which the company successfully worked with the SAP Business ByDesign . When the sister company Gehring Cut AG was transferred to Bächler Feintech AG on 1 January 2021, it was therefore obvious that the IT of the newly added business unit would also be integrated into this solution. The company was always able to count on our professional support as a long-standing implementation partner.
