AGILITA has worked with SAP BusinessByDesign to develop a chatbot for tracking deliveries. This was developed on the basis of the modern SAP products SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Leonardo.
The Chatbot solution is very simple and has some important advantages. With the chatbot, customers can track their orders at any time. This allows companies to concentrate more on their core business.
Companies that have a service and support department as a separate business unit are well aware of this problem. Various customers who occupy the telephone lines of the service and support departments because they want to know where their deliveries are at the moment. The AGILITA chatbot solution intervenes in this problem. With our chatbot, a customer can track their shipment at any time by using the order number.
Therefore, AGILITA AG is proud to announce that we have been selected for the SAP Innovation Awards and the SAP Quality Awards 2020 nomination. Our project, a chatbot that incorporates highly innovative technologies such as Conversational AI and Augmented Analytics.
